Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi has officially released the Jharkhand Shikshak Patrata Pariksha (JTET) 2026 notification vide Notification No. 487 dated 26-03-2026, under the Jharkhand Shikshak Patrata Pariksha Niyamawali-2026. This is a state-level Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for checking eligibility of candidates for appointment as Sahayak Aacharya (Assistant Teacher) in elementary schools (Primary Class 1–5 and Upper Primary Class 6–8) of Jharkhand state. This exam is conducted in two levels — Level-1 for Primary (Class 1–5) and Level-2 for Upper Primary (Class 6–8). A candidate can appear in both levels.
